This Anvil Tube Guitar Preamp is 3-channel guitar preamp, full tube. It works with 5 ECC83 JJ/Tesla tubes, channelswitching is done be relays. As soecial feature this preamp is MIDI switchable, all channels and switches can be switched by a MIDI controller. You can also use a conventional footswitch, to switch the 3 channels. This Preamp features 3 channels, Clean, Rhythem and Lead. Each channel has its own TMB (Treble-Middle-bass) tonestack, and a gain and a volume pot. Clean- and Rhythm-channel each feature a Bright-switch, the Lead channel has a Bright-switch and a Shape-switch. This are 7 different sounds!

Following connectors are available:

2 Inputs, one on the front, the other on the back. The one on the back is disabled as soon you plug in at the front.

This kit contains all parts you need to build this Preamp. The enclosure is a high quality black painted 2HU 19"-enclosure. The enclosure is not drilled and painted, so be sure you have a drill ready! For designing front and back 2 decal sheets for inkjet printer are inluded. Pots are 16mm Alpha, the power transformer is a special desgined toroidal transformer for tube preamp projects. The pcbs are industrial manufactured, double sided with parts silk screen.

Knobs are not included, you can select them yourself in the shop. All knobs for 6,3mm shaft fit, please be carefull that the knobs are not bigger than 22mm diameter. If it is bigger, the scale around the knobs on the front panel are no longer readable.
