5 from 5 A ton of noise! Good noise! Fun noise!

Just got The Thundering Mantis in the mail today and built it right away. I would have written this review several hours earlier if it wasnt for all the fun I had playing with it. If you like weird noisy stuff, this is the fuzz for you! Its glitchy, it loves other effects, it makes a wall of sound and it makes single notes stand out, it has sustain for days, and it is a fun little build. Not sure how I would apply it in a band setting, but Im eager to find out!

The kit is good. All the parts are labeled, the easy instructions and are easy to follow, and it even comes with a board for the footswitch! For beginners mounting the IC sockets might be a bit tricky, so maybe not great for a first pedal, but I would recommend it as a second. Parasite Studio is a bit on the crazy side, but if you love noise like I do, its the crazy good side!
