The Madamp J5Mk1 is a flexible 5W guitar tube amp, providing the following features:
- Single channel with volume, treble/mid/bass and master volume for clean/crunch
- Switchable gain stage with gain pot for overdrive with switchable filter
- Switchable bass boost (Fat switch)
- Flexible sound, from clean and crunch to overdrive with tons of gain
- Due to 5W output power real power tube overdrive without crashing the windows :-)
- Additional parts like speaker or front panel are also available
The J5Mk1 Kit contains all needed parts to build your own tube amp:
- Tubes, sockets, power and output transformer
- Resistors, capacitors, potentiometers
- Switches, plug sockets, power cord, fuse holder and fuse
- wire, cable, screws, solder lugs, boards and so on
- Aluminium chassis (WxDxH 432 x 254 x 51 mm)
Additionally you will need the following parts:
- Knobs (for 6mm or 6,3mm shaft)
- Enclosure/Cabinet (wooden top or combo)
- Speaker (8Ohm)
- Front panel
