Description

The Frequency Interchange Filter is a combination of LowPass and HighPass filter. The lowpass and highpass filters each act at12dB per octave. The lowpass can be adjusted from 20kHz to 330Hz, the highpass from 25Hz to 190Hz.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 3 knobs, up to 19mm diameter, for 6.3mm shaft separately.

Amazing low pass and high pass filter.

Very simple build, few components, and the results are impressive.

Someone said on a forum that low pass filters are very useful on bass, they help shaping the low end, and get a sharper tone. By suppressing some of the lowest frequencies, the bass sound is easier to mix with other instruments, and feels less muddy with gain.

I was curious to try, thinking that any Bass knob on a bass pedal would do the trick in a similar way, but i was wrong. This effect does a much better job, it allows to dial lots of interesting tones from any bass dirt effect.

Its quite surprising and addictive, i am tempted to use it all the time on my bass.
