Description

The Corduroy Fuzz delivers classic fuzz big tones which compress massively across the bottom or you can tighten it up and have it respond like a distortion.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 3 knobs for 6.3mm shaft seperately.

A very fine kit

I had a blast assembling this kit. The documentation was generally fine, with a few details missing which I had to look up on the net. I still have 4 mounting pin connectors which I did not find any use for. But the pedal works fine regardless. I am not able to provide a comparison to the pedal which it is supposed to resemble but I am satisfied with the sound.

Fuzz précise et puissante

En poussant le bouton Fuzz assez loin, cette pédale donne un son massif et pourtant assez précis. Ce qui fonctionne bien avec dautres effets, devant ou derrière.
Mais personnellement, je préfère lutiliser seule pour profiter pleinement du son quelle offre, avec juste un peu de reverbe tout de même.

Even pushing the Fuzzs pot far enough, this pedal gives a massive and yet quite precise sound. Which works well with other effects, in front or behind it.
Personally, I prefer to use it on its own to take full advantage of the sound it offers.

This is a great project, but......

Great project as long as you decide to open up the pedal adding trebles and a bit of sparkle in the way suggested by the same designer. There are two capacitors to decrease/remove in order to reduce the cut off in the presence area.
Just Google velvet fuzz dull sounding and youll find out what Im talking about.
As for the kit the three holes drilled on the box for pots doesnt match the pots correctely soldered on the PCB....you must spread apart the volume and bright pots in order to make them fit.
