El Rey Glory kit

This kit is easy to build at first sight, but it was the most difficult one I ever done.

I didnt expect I would learn so much about electronics when I ordered this kit. First i checked the instructions and it seems pretty simple as usual, so I ordered El Rey de Glory.
I received the version 2 of the pcb which is significantly different from version 1.
There were no instructions whatsoever, not even a BOM, nothing but the previous version instruction to help me. The components dont have the same designations so I couldnt even populate the pcb. I contacted mister Delyk : he said he was sorry and told me that he didnt had time before, but he will try to do the instructions soon. Ten days later nothing and no more answers.
I found schematics of similar projects and reverse-engineer the board component-by-component, trace-by-trace. This attempt didnt entirely work and I had to find help on a famous DIY forum to finish it. It took the help of two DIY old timers and two nights.
I give them all my thanks.
Anyway the pcb is good quality, the mods are really interesting and the stompbox is great. So I give 5 stars to the pedal but I give -10 stars to Delyk. A negative number because I dont think its fair to sell pcb without instructions. It made this project much more difficult to build than it should be.
