Description

The Fusion Distortion is a modified riot distortion. It is extended by a 9V/18V option and a clipping diode mod.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 3 knobs for 6,3mm shaft separately.

This project is by Aion Electronics, in collaboration with Musikding. If you have any problems with the contents of the kit, please contact Das Musikding (Klaus). Since the modifications require some basic knowledge, this project is rather for more experienced builders.

Great amp like drive

I built this in a 1590b which was a bit of a squeeze, but worked out fine in the end. The sound is full and rich with great sustain without being too distorted. The clipping options add some Led clipping options which is useful to add some compression to a less distorted setting. The tone pot provided was linear instead of reverse log which is what the documents call for, thats the only reason it doesnt get a full five stars!

Aeion Fusion

This thing sounds phenomenal with my equipment. LP with alnico 2s, Marshall with 1 creamback and 1 G12 65. Nice ringing open chords into full distortion, the kind that always sounds nice. Very convincing natural sounding distortion into a clean amp. Recommended!
