GCI Face kit

Since this was my first pedal build, I wanted to make sure all the parts were as close to spec as possible. I didnt trust myself to source the parts on my own. So, thankfully Musikding has a parts kit option.

Everything was clearly labeled and easy to assemble (when you follow the build instructions anyway).

Even though it was my first build, I wanted to drill the holes in the enclosure myself (Ive got a drill and using the template is easy). My holes werent placed perfectly, but its a fuzz pedal for heavy, loud music not a Stradivarious for playing Mozart. Misplaced holes are fine.

Seriously, buy the parts kit. So easy.

Une bonne fuzz bien virile. Jai peut être mal monté quelque chose ou mal réglé les trimpots, mais chez moi le switch ne provoque aucun changement. Cela dit, pas besoin de ça pour avoir du gros son.
Pour bien faire les choses, il faut un multimètre pour régler les trimpots, même si ça peut se faire sans. Et le détail du cablage à lalim et aux jack nest pas détaillée, il faut se référer à la doc du kit GCI brutalist, ou aux images quon peut trouver sur internet en cas de doute :)
