Description

J201, N-channel silicon field-effect transistor. As the wired J201 is very hard to get, this is a MMBFJ201 soldered onto an adaprot board. This can be mounted using a 3 pin strip into any standard 2,54mm spaced holes.

Can be hard to find

My project called for these and I try to avoid using equivalents when possible, couldnt find a supplier with them in stock though.
