Description

The DigiDelay is a very feature-rich digital Delay. It features tap tempo, delay tails and echo splashes, giving everything you expect from a great delay Pedal. It also features a high- and a lowpass and of course the standard controls for Time, Repeats and Level.

The parts for the guitar version are included in the kit! It only uses through-hole mounted standard parts, so no SMD soldering required. Due to the high parts count it is not suitable for absolute beginners!

This kit is a creation by electricdruid.net in cooperation with Musikding.de. If you have any problem with the content of the kits like mising or wrong parts, please contact Musikding (Klaus) at kontakt@musikding.de. For any technical problem relating to building this project, please contact Tom at www.electricdruid.net

Here´s the parts list: Parts List (BOM)

This kit contains all parts you need to build a fully functional effect pedal. Not included in the kit, but also good to have:

  • Aluminium enclosure: select one from top
  • 9V DC power supply
  • 5 nice knobs for the potentiometer, up to 20mm diameter and for 6.3mm shafts
  • Decal, transfer or transparent sheets for labeling

Here is the very detailed build document:

5 from 5 Great project!

This seemed like a rather complex project, but after populating the pcb, the offboard wiring was really easy and quick and the pedal worked great instantly.
Also the documentation is perfect and overall this is a greatly prepared project.

5 from 5 nice pedal and quite easy to assemble even for a beginner with soldering basics

it was my second diy pedal kit and it wasnt really difficult to assemble. There are a lot of pieces so just keep calm and follow the wonderfull instructions on pdf. the kit comes with a 1N4007 instead of a 1N4002 as written on instructions and PCB but its ok with that. I even contacted Electric Druid and they promptly answer me that it make no difference.

the delay is great

4 from 5 good delay for home use

good delay but too noisy to be used in the studio or live.

5 from 5 Great Delay pedal

Quite an easy build. I built a few and they all worked perfectly as soon as they were boxed. The build docs are very well done. This is a very good simple delay pedal with a tap tempo. Dont expect more. But dont expect less. I have more expensive delay pedals but this one always comes back on the pedalboard. Just fun to play with.

4 from 5 Il manque souvent des objets qui freine lexpérience.

Un kit vraiment sympa. Malheureusement, je retire une étoile car il me manque un 78l33...
Sinon, lensemble du projet est vraiment bien pensé.
