Random blinking, not what I expected

I bought this to give an original flavor to a Das Phaser build. I expected the LED to cycle gently through colors -- which it does, but also alternates with a blinking mode, like Christmas lights! This was too visually disrupting for me. I ended up going with a regular LED instead.

3 cycles ininterrompus

Cest un gadget plus quautre chose ... on a dabord une rampe des différentes couleurs, puis une sinusoide des différentes couleurs, puis un clignotement (!!) des différentes couleurs.
Disons que je vois mal cette led dans un contexte de pedalboard, en particulier à cause du clignotement (qui, par essence, alerte lutilisateur).
