Description

The Solstice distortion is based on the Shredmaster. Gain volume and a 3-band tone control ensure great sounds from heavy blues to hard rock.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 5 knobs for 6,3mm shaft separately.

This project is by Aion Electronics, in collaboration with Musikding. If you have any problems with the contents of the kit, please contact Das Musikding (Klaus). Since the modifications require some basic knowledge, this project is rather for more experienced builders.

Amazing pedal

Its not my first musikding pedal, but my first Aion Fx. As usual, everything was clearly identified, inside small plastic bag. If you have already build simple kits, than this one might not be difficult. No problems when building the kit.

I Havent played a Shredmaster before, but it as always be some sort of dream pedal. The one that you cant afford as a tennager...
This kit as made a dream come true. The switch hallow to alternate between clipping : left : symetrical (as in the Shred); mid Led and right as in the bluesbreaker. I chose to ommit one diode as suggested in the documents. This give an amazing option, clearer than stock but still distorted.
It became a part of my main sound for modern saturated british grit, reminiscent of of Vivian Campbell tone in Dio. Can do Ac/Dc breakup to Darrel Scoop. Contour knob is the key !
