Description

The Parentheses Fuzz contains an Octave Fuzz, a Rat inspired Distortion and finally a powerful Booster. The 3 footswitches control Bypass, Octave and Boost.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 5 knobs for 6.3mm shaft and 1 for knurled 6mm shaft seperately.

Klingt fies!

War mein erstes Kit das ich zusammengebaut habe. Nach ein paar Anfangsschwierigkeiten und rostigen Löt-Skills, gings dann aber und an sich bin ich von dem PCB voll abgeholt.

Als IC hatte ich nen OP07 dabei. Mal werde aber noch nen LM308 testen.

All in all, geiles Teil.

Awesome sound

Easy to build. From the three modes of distortion available, I like most the asymmetric one, it sounds a bit different than other fuzz sounds. You can recognize the sound of RAT, but somehow more modern. I found that octaver is very nice, different than other octaver pedal, it is kind of discrete, subtle, very good for themes.

Easy build and such a great distortion

Lots of components but surprisingly easy build.

The distortion is wild to say the least and just damn sound great.

Easy to build, but carefull with the BS170 transistor

This kit is quite easy to build if youre careful.
Just beware with the BS170 transistor used by the boost section, as its very sensitive to static electricity - i accidentally blew the one in the kit and had to buy a new one (that was completely my fault, for not discharging me before working on it as I use to do).
Otherwise, this sounds amazing, perfect for drone and other doom metal !
