Description

The Re-verb is a reverb pedal based on the BTDR-2 module. The kit contains the medium reverb time module. What makes this reverb special is its unique tone control. You can shape the color of the reverb signal and boost the lower or higher end. When the dry and wet signal are mixed later the signal will have the very unique touch you have dialed in.

Deep and shiny

I like this reverb a lot, as it is possible to change its color with the tone button. The reverb module produces quite a long reverb, creating great hall and church feeling. To get shorter reverbs, one might choose to use a shorter module, like the Accutronics BTDR-2H-S instead. I personnally do not use the switches provided in the kit. Strongly recommended.

A good project

A superb reverb, simple to assemble and transform. I have integrated it in my modular system and it does very well the work for a modest price!
I installed the switches (sw1 and sw2 OSC) and I must say that they are very useful for a deep atmosphere ... the sound can be very noisy or very subtle, its all good for me !!

Excellent reverb pedal

I love this pedal and will keep it ! First, this reverb is transparent, in other words it does not alter the sound of the source. It would even tend to improve it by adding a little bit of gain, clarity and a subtle touch of chorus ! The actual reverb effect is quite similar to a spring reverb, with the typical ploink or slap-back when you hit the strings hard. The feedback setting repeats the signal exactly as on a delay pedal, I do not see its interest too much. I leave it to zero. The tone pot does not offer a wide range of settings in my opinion and I prefer to leave it at max all the time. Finally, the depth switch provides a very nice and usable cathedral effect.

Be careful if you choose knobs : their maximum diameter must be 16 mm, not 20 mmm as advertised on the product page.

R E V E R B S

This pedal is really good, sound really rich and spatial, it has a lot of good sounds in it.
it cam self oscillate like crazy delay.
the Deep switch is noisy when engaged so a footswitch wouldnt work.
the osc switch doesnt change a lot as the deep does, i did both for simmetrical reason.
Great pedal, sound really springy, you can have from a subtle room to space reverb and everything in between.
its been easier than i thought.

Une reverb singulière

Très bonne pédale de reverb, avec un côté spring et space à la fois. Le PCB est de très bonne qualité et rentre dans un boitier format B. Jai installé les 2 toggle switchs : lOSC permet de faire partir leffet en oscillation en poussant les réglages, le DEEP coupe la tonalité et donne un son plus large et plus profond (attention ce switch est assez bruyant quand on lenclenche). Jai simplement modifié une valeur de résistance (R19), pour accentuer la différence entre le mode OSC et normal.
Si cétait à refaire, je prendrais sans doute une Belton BTDR-2H-S à la place de la M livrée dans le kit. En effet même avec le feedback au minimum, leffet est un peu trop long pour un usage en légère reverb dambiance.++++x

Jolie Reverb

Depuis que je lai sur le pedal board, je ne lai quasiment jamais éteinte pour ajouter la petite reverb discrète qui ouvre le son. Le potar Tone est vraiment sympa et change bien le son en allant de plutôt sombre et discret à très clair.
Comme dit en anglais dans un autre avis, attention aux boutons. Il ne faut pas dépasser les 16mm de diamètre, cest plutôt serré
