Skywave Germanium Drive kit

The Skywave Germanium Drive is an adaptation of the Hudson Electronics Broadcast, a germanium preamp/overdrive pedal based on vintage broadcast consoles from the 1960s. It uses a hybrid of silicon and germanium transistors in class-A configuration, plus a transformer at the output that saturates on higher drive levels.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 3 knobs, up to 20mm diameter, for 6,3mm shaft separately.

This project is by Aion Electronics, in collaboration with Musikding. If you have any problems with the contents of the kit, please contact Das Musikding (Klaus). Since the modifications require some basic knowledge, this project is rather for more experienced builders.
