The Easy Face was created by Joe Gagan, and is a quite simple to build Hybrid Fuzz. It uses a silicon and a germanium transistor. Featured with only one knob it is very minimalistic.
The pcb dimensions: 40x31 mm. It is professionally made, all holes drilled including silk screen.
