The Tube Screaming Preamp is a Tube Screamer with added 3 Band active EQ. By removing the simple passive tone control found in any Tube Screamer and inserting a Baxandall style 3 Band Active EQ along with Presence control you can now get amazing Screamer Tones never before achievable.

The dimensions of the pcb are 54,5x49,5mm.

Nice easy kit to build

Building this kit couldn’t have been easier, all of the component numbers are marked on the PCB, the PCB is well made and good value for money. It sounds great as well, this is based loosely on the Tube screamer circuit with some minor changes. The EQ has a good range so you can dial in the exact sound that you want. Overall a really fun little project for very little money.
