The Bluelay guitar effects pedal is a very analog sounding delay, based on the digital PT2399 IC. Controls for Delay, Mix and Feedback enable to get a wide variety of sounds.

This kit contains all parts you need to build a fully functional effect pedal.

Not included in the kit, but also good to have:

Aluminium enclosure: select one from top
DC power supply
3 nice knobs for the potetniometer, for 6,3mm shaft
Decal, transfer or transparent sheets for labeling

Awesome pedal kit, very good value.

First off the pedal sounds amazing, I was very surprised it sounds as good as it does.

The kit itself is fantastic, all of the components are very good quality and everything is clearly labelled. The resistors all have the resistance hand written on the end tags, this is very much appreciated.

The assembly instructions and circuit diagrams are really good and easy to follow, maybe a little bit vague for a complete beginner. Cant recommend this pedal kit enough, for the price it is very good value. I will definitely be purchasing more pedal kits from musikding. Thanks.

Super delay - easy to build

It was my first ever DIY build. Very easy for a beginner. I switched the wire pack included with sturdy 22 awg, easier for me.

I guess it sounds obvious for experienced users but dont forget to remove break-off lock tabs from potentiometers with a simple plier...

I dont play the guitar. I use this pedal with monophonic analog or digital synthesizers, drum machine, and the result is always amazing...

I would not say so simple for a beginner, but still feasible ...
My last electronics course goes back to college where I was not the most serious.
With a little perseverance and some research on the web I managed to make me a nice little delay ...

Delay for everyone !

Great kit, good sounding (ive already made the same circuit on veroboard, but with less headroom), easy to built (very good PCB and schem to download). The switch PCB is a good idea. A star ground on input is possible to make it - for purist - even less noiser.

a simple delay

A digital delay that sounds analog and sound very good quality. I have two delay module based on PT2399 Ic from synthrotek and Eowave, and I must say that the bluelay is very good for the modular and at a discounted price compared to the diy eurorack. I plan to add a cv control on the rate and feedback.

If youre looking for a delay to put in the instrument or guitar output, with an oldschool sound (emulation of delay to magnetic tape), it will do the work without problem, but it can do much more with a little modification (cv control ) To have a chaotic sound! Greeeaaaaatt!!!

have problem
