Description

Rugged 3PDT stompswitch for true bypass. Red and green LEDs are integrated in the washer area, so it can be used as a status LED. Simplest solution for adding true-bypass including status LED to a effects pedal.

Perfect for tighter builds, saving you the space for an extra LED. The LEDs can be selected red or green. The LEDs are designed for 3V, so for running them on 9V a 470R resistor is required.

Nice device!

Compared to other switches with illumination, this one is priced very attractive! (industrial switch solutions with this LED function may cost arounf $30!!) It has a solid feel, but I am not sure of the lifetime.
Be aware that the plasic ring is illuminated by one LED emitter only, so the light is not bright, may not be visible in daylight, even when driving the LED at 30 mA!
In dark places however, it works great! I like the concept because it is a neat solution: just drill one hole and youre done having a 3 pole DT switch and function-info. No need to drill another hole for LED, a place and time saver!
