The balanced line driver will convert your unbalanced line signal (from your effects) into a symmetric signal (into your PA) to allow direct mixing and recording.

Balanced Line Driver plus Splitter

Easy build. Works like a charm.

I added the (buffered) Splitter in front of the Balanced Line Driver, so I now have both a balanced XLR and an unbalanced output signal. Only thing missing is a ground lift, but I guess that could be added.
