5 from 5 Great pedal

It sound so good, really good project, its like the mutron bi-phase but in this wiring diagram the phasor B goes into the phasor A, so if you want the original mutron phasor order you have to wire the first input Jack mono to phasor A-input than switch Jack output A into phasor B-input Jack

5 from 5 Great Phaser

Very good toned phaser and fairly easy to build. only the holes in the leds were in a slightly wrong place in my opinion.

5 from 5 Great kit - and impressively compact PCB

A close to perfect kit. The PCB is compact - perfect for fitting in the box and making a small pedal. I followed my own advice and double checked everything while building (took 4-5 hours total approximately, spread over a few evenings). Pedal worked right from the start. A wonderful thing to have this replica of an _extremely_ rare phaser pedal. The sound was wonderful! :D

Heres my Instagram post of the finished thing: https://www.instagram.com/p/CeG_L0WDyuf/ (with sound)
And heres a link to Pedalspcb with more details: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/duo-phase-build-panel-layout-and-lfo-mod-question.11906/
In the PedalPcb I included my front and side layouts too.

More details on trimming, comments on colors of LEDs would be on the wishlist for possible updated information on the pedal - but the kit itself is a clear 5-star kit.

Comment, on a more general note on building complex machines: there are a lot of components and I would suggest great care when mounting them all. Think like this: Resoldering _is_ possible - but it will take 10 x time. At least. So measure everything. Double check everything. Use sockets!

Addition: I recommend using shielded wire from the inputs to the switches, it only needs to be grounded in one end. When I did this I had no problems at all. More details in the Forum-thread above.

Build it carefully and you will have a fantastic pedal at the fraction of the cost!

5 from 5 Great

Read all the comments because LED is marked wrong not super easy but not hard either. I am using this in a studio as a stereo phaser of course you can drive it really hard and no nasty clipping or fuzz, check with an analyser (Like Voxengo SPAN - free) because the LFOs leak a 17Khz loud spike into the signal, so roll off the highs on mixer. For guitar no problem too high too hear.

Also in bypass mode, all the highs are rolled off and it sounds super fat and warm when added in parallel to for example bass! Love it and it has that PHAT Mu-tron sound.
