Works well, but no size benefit compared to radial caps + tantalum mining concerns

I bought a few of these in the hope they would be smaller than regular standing capacitors for a 1590A build of a HardOne.

They were, but only by a small amount, the box was barely closing without touching.

Plus, there are social issues around tantalum mining — a source of conflict in Rwanda and elsewhere. So I dont think theyre worth it compared to regular radial capacitors. Hence the 3 stars only.

They work just fine, though.

I think proper low-profile radial capacitors would be a nice addition to the catalog. I saw one but it was out of stock and cant find it anymore.
