Description

The BrownEye Overdrive is a British-style overdrive with a wide bandwidth that reaches far into the high-gain range. Available controls are Volume, Gain, Tight, Presence, Bass and Treble. They allow almost any variation from soft overdrive to metal sounds with a lot of sustain.

This kit contains all parts you need to build a fully functional effect pedal. Also very useful:

Super

si jen crois les vidéos youtube, elle sonne comme loriginale, si on change 2 résistances.
Le potentiomètre bass est centré sur une fréquence de 700hz dans ce kit. Pour avoir la bonne fréquence (70hz), il faut remplacer les 2 résistances de 3,3k par 2 résistances de 33k.
Pas de documentation envoyée avec le kit, jai du me débrouiller avec le schéma du site.
Les composants sont de bonne qualité, et le montage a fonctionné du premier coup. Pourtant je suis loin dêtre un pro de lélectronique, et cest mon premier kit diy, il suffit de savoir souder.
Le PCB est de très bonne qualité, faudrait vraiment être maladroit pour lendommager.
Je nai testé la pédale que 20 minutes, je ferai une mise à jour dans quelques semaines.

Very good, but needs a few tweaks

This is a very good sounding kit. However, there are a few values a bit off in the schematic that I recommend changing. The two 3k3 resistors before the BASS pot should be 33k. I would also highly recommend using a 100k LINEAR pot for the the TREBLE instead of LOG. If you do these changes (and upgrade the jacks to more sturdy ones), youll have a very good high gain overdrive.
