The Dung Beetle is a Tonebender oriented Fuzz with enhanced tone controls.

This kit contains the PCB and all necessary parts. The enclosure can be selected, please select 5 knobs for 6.3mm shaft seperately.

Great sounding fuzz

Lots of nice sounds, from light overdrive to strong velcro gated fuzz.
One must pay attention that the documentation provided by Guitar PCB is not very accurate : you may carefully check the drill template before placing the pots and LED. Second, the wiring diagram actually comes from another project, so beginners can be confused. Anyway this kit is very fast to build, there are few components and the wiring is very easy with the provided switch PCB.
This is one of my favorite silicon fuzzes so far.

Very good fuzz!

This is a great pedal! The best fuzz Ive heard!!
The Bias controle is great for a musical gate... The Fat does what its supposed to do.
And the tone is gritty, aggressive, but not too harsh!
So, 5+ stars from me

Easy build, big sound

Most satisfying build so far. Very simple, took ~2 hours. Watch out as the drill template makes the LED not aligned with its placement on the PCB. Great kit quality.

Soundwise, this thing is from another planet. One of the most amazing fuzzboxes Ive played! Dynamic and super responsive Tone Bender, it can give you a sharp overdriven or a super fat wall of sound, but you never lose clarity. Its got a mid-focused frequency response, perfect to cut through in a band setting.

The bias knob is kind of set and forget in my case, as the sweet spot is quite clear tohear, but its more practical this way (with a knob) instead of a set resistor for biasing, or an internal trimpot.

Enormous amount of volume on tap.

Super recommended, and you dont even have to bother with Ge transistors!
