J201 JFET. These are genuine MMBFJ201 (the SMD equivalent) parts from ON Semiconductor that have been pre-soldered onto an adapter so they can be used in through-hole layouts. The needed 3 pin header are also included.

Can be hard to find

My project called for these and I try to avoid using equivalents when possible, couldnt find a supplier with them in stock though.
