I found the kit provided in a very precise way ... every component labeled with its value, then the assembly is more simplified.

The pedal works great, its really similar (not the same...imho even better) to the original one. You can get some great sounds paying less than half price... Its really easy to mount, you only need to know how to solder...and you can even modify the pedal as you like! The service is really good and fast. Dont forget to buy the knobs and the washers and nuts for the knobs. So..go for it!

This sounds excellent and was easier to build than other kits Ive bought elsewhere. I havent used the original but have heard what it can do and this has a great, versatile fuzz sound and can squeal when required! Ultra-tweakable with 5 pots too.

Reasonable inclusive price, even to the UK. I was immediately impressed by thought put into this - each resistor has a little paper label attached so you dont have to refer to a value chart (if like me you cant read them without) and the included wires are cut to uniform lengths and stripped at the ends for convenience - nice touch!

The PCB is good quality, well-marked, wasnt too cramped and at 23x53mm easily fits in a standard B enclosure. Two contacts a bit close (GRND & R1) but were fine.
They also included two plastic posts that clip into the PCB and then stick to the case, suspending it to avoid shorting.

There isnt any written documentation but the online diagrams are very detailed and thorough so if followed, the build should be straightforward. Mine worked first time although patience and care with soldering is needed (if a novice, practice before doing the kit). I took 3hrs to make it but am cautious and tend to double-check!

I found this build relaxing (perhaps as am getting more practice too) compared with others and the extra effort put in by Musikding made the process stress-free. I would buy again from them. Recommended.

The kit is really easy to assemble (also because every single component is labeled) and the result is pretty similar to the original fuzz factory: it recreates a large variety of sounds as the original does (even the characteristic oscillation).
The aluminum box perfectly contains all the components.
The service and the shipment (dhl) are excelent: the package arrived after a week.

p.s. remember to buy the knobs, because they arent included.

Pour le prix, rien à redire. Ce nest pas mon premier kit acheté chez vous et cest satisfaisant hormis labsence de manuel de montage. Je sais que cest fastidieux a réaliser mais ce serait tout de même vraiment plus simple. Réalisez le en anglais sil le faut, mais faites le, étape par étape...ca permettrait de plus prendre de plaisir et de moins stresser lors de lassemblage!

Le son est sympa, les transistors au germanium sont sympas même si pas de la toute première qualité. Pour le prix (a peine 10% du prix de loriginale pour rappel...!), cest exceptionnel! Donc , merci et pensez aux tutos!

Le kit a été facile à installer, même pour le débutant que je suis (que jétais!). Tout est bien indiqué (sens de montage des transistors, diodes, etc). il y a pas mal de câbles à souder dedans, jai été un peu surpris, mais ça se gère plutôt bien.
Un conseil, ne faites pas comme moi: percez et fixez déjà les jacks, potentiomètres, et switch avant de souder parce que cest vraiment galère pour le faire après (au risque de dessouder certains câbles...).
Autre chose: jai tenté le coup dans une boite type B (pour avoir le même format que loriginal): cest très très juste (voire trop juste), on ne peut pas utiliser de pile et cest difficile de faire tout rentrer. Utilisez la boite BB, ça ira beaucoup mieux.
Niveaux sonorité: je nai pas loriginale mais les sons ressemblent énormément à ce que lon peut entendre sur le Net.
Je suis comblé: cest pas cher et de très bonne qualité! Je mets 5 étoiles et jéconomise pour un futur kit! Merci Musikding!

I just bought this pedal, its awesome.

I spent maybe 4 hours to build it, without any problem. Its not really hard, you just need to be concentrate while wiring. It also requires some tools.

I just had a trouble closing the box, with all the wires and the inputs, its really hard to find a place where to stick the board.

Then I tested it, its incredible. I dont really know how the real fuzz factory sounds like, but the sound of this copy is great. Maybe ill put sample on Youtube.

Thanks to Musikding, the package was great, no item missing, I didnt have any problem.

I ll rank this stomp 5 stars for the following reasons:
- Very easy to build for a first try, as long as you are familiar with guitar soldering.
- Gives you this crazy factory style sound you expect.
- All components are well labeled. Easy to identify.
- Customer service -> Merci Klaus

Now as per the product itself, beware, it s a crazy device. If you only look for a classic fuzz, you should better go for another one. It is a bit complicated to understand how knobs interract with each other. Anyway I am convinced and just bought a screamer kit :)
